According to the Association Rules and Regulations, all applications must receive approval from the Association prior to occupancy. Lease applications are required to be submitted a minimum of thirty (30) days before the commencement of the lease term.
Estoppels may be requested at https://www.fsresidential.com/florida/order-documents-certificates.
Initiate any application at TenantEv.com. Applications are required for property acquisitions, leasing arrangements, or residential placements. Attached, you will find the relevant information.
